30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In original condition, and
    • Returned with all original packaging and included contents (box, paperwork, accessories, etc.).

Original Condition

“Original condition” means the item shows no signs of use, carry, sharpening, disassembly, modification, damage, or wear, and is returned complete with original packaging and contents.

Restocking Fee (Non-Original Condition Returns)

If a returned item is not in original condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We will notify you if a restocking fee applies after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

    • Items that show clear signs of use, damage, sharpening, disassembly, or modification beyond “original condition”
    • Items missing original packaging or included contents
    • Gift cards (if applicable)
    • Final sale items (if you designate any in the future)

How to Start a Return

Email admin@elitebladesupply.com with:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
      We will provide return instructions. Do not send returns without authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, confirmed defect on arrival, etc.). We recommend using a trackable, insured service.

Inspection & Refund Timing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and confirm eligibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days after approval for your bank/issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.

Order Issues / Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact admin@elitebladesupply.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

    • The item
    • Packaging (including shipping label)
      We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
