Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping rates and available carrier options are shown at checkout. Rates are based on package size/weight and destination.
Carrier & Transit Times
Transit time begins once your order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number is issued. Carrier transit estimates are provided at checkout and may vary due to weather, peak volume, or other carrier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created.
Signature Confirmation & Secure Delivery
For higher-value orders, we may require signature confirmation or provide it as an option at checkout. If you prefer signature confirmation, please select it when available.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at admin@elitebladesupply.com

- If an order has already shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
- Re-shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a shipment is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but cannot be located:

- Check around your delivery location and with household members/building management.
- Contact the carrier using the tracking number.
- Email us at admin@elitebladesupply.com and we will assist where possible (including initiating a carrier inquiry/claim when applicable).
Shipping Restrictions & Legal Compliance
Certain products may be restricted in some jurisdictions. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive the items in your shipping destination. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped in compliance with applicable laws or carrier policies.
